The duration of the boot camp wellness program is estimated in around 2 hours total, including the lectures and the workouts. This
may vary depending on the week,  lecture and workout plan.

To assure and maintain an exceptional high quality program, enrollment is limited to 8 participants per session, divided in 3 groups of
no more than
4 or 5 participants per group and one personal trainer per group.

The wellness seminars will be conducted by a degreed - master level health professional.

The boot camp will be instructed by: Nationally and Internationally recognized Certified Trainers, well experienced Athletes, Fitness
Competitors and Bodybuilding Champion.

  • 4 stages of personalized non stop intense circuit boot camp workouts.
  • 3 groups of 4 - 5 participants max, and one personal trainer per group will lead the workout station.
  • 3 personal trainers.
  • Special segment of myths, questions & answers by the fitness pros.
