Experience, Credentials and expertise


Carrie’s love for dancing began at a very young age at the age of 6,
with over 25 years of experience in the dance industry; Carrie has
combined her expertise as professional ballet dancer, and fitness
instructor to share and embrace the concept of Integral Fitness
Ballet, Zumba and Personal Training.














Carrie's was trained with the classical ballet method created by
Italian ballet master Enrico Cecchetti (1850–1928). The method is a
strict training system with special concern for anatomy within the
confines of classical ballet technique, and seeks to develop the
essential characteristics of dance in its students through a rigid
training regime. The goal is for the student to learn to dance by
studying and internalising the basic principles, in an effort to
become self-reliant rather than imitating the movements executed
by their teacher.

Carrie spent many years performing several styles of dance from
classical to dance Tap and Jazz among others. At early age she was
participating in dance competitions in the greater Los Angeles area
and received much recognition for her performances. At the age of
14 Carrie was accepted to be a student at the Orange County
Performing Arts High Schools dance department. Here is where she
was invited to receive expert training in all levels and styles of
dance from Master teachers and dance companies such as, Alex
Magno, Hama, Alvin Ailey, Royal Ballet, Canadian Ballet, Lars
Lewbavitz Dance Company and Joffrey Ballet.


During her professional career she was asked to be a member of
the Brockus Project Dance Company where she was honored to be
trained by Debbie Brockus. She also received several awards as for
the” Most Improved Dancer”, “Student Choreography” to mention
some of her recognitions and awards.

Carrie takes pride in combined her passion, creativity and love for
both dance and fitness to lead a specialized group of individuals
through an extensive training regimen of Integral Fitness Ballet,
bringing the best of  both the classical ballet techniques and fitness
utilizing components of classical ballet techniques and ballet barre-
based exercises with the goal of continually promoting a healthy
balanced lifestyle, while still having FUN!
