All of our trainers are either certified by one of the major national recognized certification bodies in the country or have a
degree or master degree, in an exercise and or health related field. Many of our trainers have advance degrees,
masters and certifications and or extensive training in areas such as health, lifestyle and weight management, special
population, medical supervised clinical exercise, sports specific training, pre and post natal, body building, fitness figure
competitions, postural alignment, flexibility, marathons, cardiovascular specific training, martial arts, and many more.
