We understand how difficult it can be to stick with your healthy lifestyle, exercise and weight management, when you are off your daily
routine. Do not let, even a short term commitment, interfere with your progress setting you backwards once again.

Our Certified Personal Trainer will:

Stage I Planning interview: client's assessment and evaluation
before the trip. Fitness level and body composition.

Stage II Results interpretation: analyze results, preferences and
expectations, we will design the right Travelers Training program fitting client's needs.  

Your trainer will research and evaluate the area; advice for the best fitness facilities options and plan fitness activities,
duration frequency  and intensity of exercise.

The program design will be according to client's fitness level goals, preferences, and, duration of the trip, client schedule,  
possible scenarios and environments.

Stage III Training begins: assess fitness environment, location and options available and depending on-site weather conditions; he will train
you up to three times on a daily basis (discussed already in the planning interview stage).  

You will also receive guidance and support in the area of lifestyle and weight management, after thorough research of the location. We will
discuss; based on your goals and expectations, the best choices for restaurants, room service, casual meals, meeting, bars, etc depending
of your goals.
