The Performance Program focuses on increasing the athletic output for your given sport. Each sport will have a unique emphasis on enhancing components such as speed, agility, quickness, strength, power and cardiovascular capability. Whether you are training for the Ironman, soccer season, bike race, 5k/10k walking, half , full marathon, or a triathlon, we will customized your program based on the sport that you train for. All sports have very specific requirements and your program will be designed to get your body into the best alignment for your sport. As with all of our programs, we test before, during and after to ensure progress and personal success.
