Performance will design a personalized exercise program to suit your fitness goals, with a commitment to motivate and guide you towards getting the results you are looking for so you can look and feel great!

Kids Club

Ages from 8 to 17 years old

Classes: small group sessions, up to 4 per class.

Type: cardiovascular - weight training - flexibility activities.

Classes are specifically design to cover and develop each individual aspect and needs to create healthy mental and physical balance for the children.

Classes will be conducted in our Exclusive Fitness Center in a fun, safe and supervised professional environment.

Certified Personal Trainers will ensure that the exercise routines are safe and goal oriented, measuring the results and adjusting training routines as need it.

Duration: 60 minutes.

Frequency: 2 to 3 times a week.

Price: $45 per children

 

1 on 1 Personal Training 30' or 60" Session

Clinical Exercise Program

Available for those individuals who have special  needs, and have been cleared by their physician to participate in exercise programs.  (i.e. Included but not limited to heart disease, hypertension, cancer, MS, arthritis, osteoporosis, anxiety & depression, back pain, diabetes and obesity). You will never be locked into a contract. Cancel anytime you choose. 

Pre and Post Natal Fitness Program

We will develop an effective and safe exercise  program based upon the specific needs of this group.

Breast Cancer Recovery Program

We will assist you breast cancer recovery as you build confidence and regain function through the specialized therapeutic exercises offered under our care. We have the understanding of how to safely and effectively work different muscle groups affected by treatment and surgery and how to support the physical and emotional recovery of our clients.

Integral Womens Kick Boxing Program

Get the benefits of an specific individual program created for woman fusing the benefits of the Muai Thai Martial Art and a comprehensive resistance weight training program tailored to target specific areas of the body: to tone legs, arms butt and abs. It also suits a wide range of abilities and fitness goals.

Sports Specific Program

The Performance Program focuses on increasing the athletic output for your given sport. Each sport will have a unique emphasis on enhancing components such as speed, agility, quickness, strength, power and cardiovascular capability. Whether you are training for the Ironman,  soccer season, bike race, 5k/10k walking, half , full marathon, or a triathlon, we will customized your program based on the sport that you train for. All sports have very specific requirements and your program will be designed to get your body into the best alignment for your sport. As with all of our programs, we test before, during and after to ensure progress and personal success.

Bikini, Figure, Men Physique Competition Program

This begins with an Initial consultation to discuss your goals and help you with goal setting. We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses to help you to realistically determine what is possible for you. We will discuss which contest(s) would be suited for you. We will provide you with a complete detailed contest exercise workout and nutritional plan based on your needs.

These plans will change with different stages as you progress toward your goals and as your physique changes. A cardiovascular program It is also included to complement your training.Regular progress tracking with photos and measurements are taken so we can be sure you are on the right path. Posing photos or video analysis and practice throughout our competition training program is also included.

Recommendations about suits, shoes, stage make-up and tanning.

We will work closely with you in the one of the most important parts of your preparation, the final week prior your show. Finally we will coach you on your competition day providing step by step the experience you need to feel confident and supported.

Golf Fitness Specialist Program

After an assessment and evaluation we will design a tailored individual program targeting your fitness golf specific needs. We identify your weaknesses and reinforce your strengths. The main objective of this program is to help you to: Increase Your Power - Elevate Your Accuracy - Promote Consistency - Lower Your Score. The program is design by a Golf Fitness Specialist.

First Responders Fitness Training

This program is specifically designed to prepare, maintain and improve the fitness level Responders line of work. This is a physically demanding course. Participants should be in good physical condition. This program is highly recommended for individuals preparing for the firefighter academy, Law enforcement academy or any high physical and psychological stress related profession. The program is Instructed and designed by a POST Certified Level I Law Enforcement Academy.
